Nony and husband and business partner Sam, work as independent agents, but sit under the Martin and Co umbrella. They have been in mainstream high street estate agency for decades, and have personally been selling property in the area for almost 23 years (ironically before most of the main companies in Winchester opened!).
Proudly offering a totally different approach to estate agency, they endeavour not to list more than three or four properties a month, in order to offer best service to their clients - both buyers and sellers alike. We have found that our clients have relished being the centre of our attention, and of being one of a very few being marketed at any time. We work around our buyers and sellers, rather than them trying to work around us. All too many agents cannot fit in a viewing on a property for several days. We deliberately don't work that way, people's time is precious at the moment, and we respect that".
